Fitness Pilates is a is a class that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain by applying the fundamentals of Pilates technique & exercises. It aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances and helps to improve posture, increase muscular balance & overall core strength. It is a group exercise programme designed to enhance posture,strength balance & stability, based upon teachings of Joseph Pilates. I am also a L3 trained PilatesMatwork instructor


Barre Fitness is a combination of ballet, pilates and yoga thrown into one workout! Inspired by ballet moves but you don’t have to be no ballerina or have done any ballet before! It is a strength and conditioning workout that combines props and challenges your core strength. Includes; Barre basics, Barre body, Barre bend & Barre burn variations. Starting at the barre to warm up, followed by centre work & finishing with matwork.

Is a unification of fitness and yoga to promote stretch, strength and balance. It is a contemporary approach to yoga, it’s mixes traditional yoga postures, stretches and balances with fitness principles. Traditional yoga tends to combine both the physical and spiritual experience, in FFY we concentrate on the physical aspect using yoga postures that endorse strength and stability and increase flexibility.

DANCE FITNESS

A fun aerobic cardio based workout choreographed to music with toning elements. Shake, shimmee and sing along to your favourites whilst getting a sweat on!

TOTAL BODY BLAST/HIIT

A full body workout starting with cardio/ aerobic moves and then into body conditioning style exercises mixing up both upper/lower body combos using dumbbells. Moving to matwork to finish with ultimate core strength and cool down stretches to complete.
