LNFit is a small private business run by Lyndsey. I first joined LNFit many years ago when she was based in Essex as life moved on, I have followed Lyndsey’s journey with her online classes started through COVID. Lyndsey’s classes are suitable for all ages & abilities and I’ve grown stronger & fitter from her classes. Last year I signed up regularly to classes. Lyndsey helped me to get me into my dream wedding dress through her fitness classes. She performs a variety of classes to achieve weight loss, toning & healthy lifestyle. She makes something I usually dread fun & interesting. Highly recommend LNFit & Lyndsey as a person and instructor.
